Coaching & Motivation
Overview
Within the last ten years, coaching has grown into a multimillion dollar industry. There are executive, personal, motivational, financial, creativity, and career development coaches, just to mention a few. Coaching has also gained popularity with managers who want to motivate employees. In fact, for many managers, coaching is replacing more directive, traditional management forms. Research indicates that coaching can be used to improve individual performance as well as to motivate employees’ productivity.
