Creating a Healthy Work Environment Free of Sexual Harassment
(CHWE)

Creating a HealthyWork Environment

Overview

Unfortunately sexual harassment has become a major concern in the workplace as the number of court cases increases each year. In the last decade, U.S. firms paid some $50 million annually to settle sexual harassment charges. Add to these statistics the fact that millions of dollars are lost each year in productivity in the workplace. Creating a Healthy Work Environment focuses on the policies and procedures for creating a workplace free of sexual harassment and inappropriate behaviors.
