Voice Power

Overview

It’s been proven that your voice can evoke emotion and meaning from an audience or caller. Research tells us that callers are able to perceive upset, anger, frustration, and apathy from a telephone representative. We also know that if we apply some simple strategies and guidelines, we can improve the quality and subsequent construed meaning of our voice. Voice Power focuses on essential business strategies for improving your vocal abilities and relationships with your customers or clients.
