Powerful Meetings

Overview

It’s common knowledge that many employees will use any excuse to avoid meetings. Some participants will use laptops to write e-mail or work on a project and many employees will use meeting time to mentally space out or daydream. All of this behavior is disturbing when you consider that business meetings are a major investment of both time and money. Fortunately, if some specific meeting guidelines and strategies are incorporated into interactions, meeting time and money will be well spent. This course, Powerful Meetings, focuses on the essential tools and techniques that you’ll need to keep participants involved, productive, and satisfied.
